What is the delivery timeframe for orders within Egypt?

Orders within Cairo and Giza are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. For other governorates, please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive.

Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear or accessories may be excluded.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and Valu for installment plans.

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend checking your measurements against our chart, as sizing may vary between different collections.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, VOY Egypt ships exclusively within Egypt. We are working on expanding our reach to international fashion enthusiasts soon.
