Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging; our team will verify the request once the item is received at our facility.
Courier Collection
We will dispatch a courier to your doorstep within 3-5 business days to collect the package and provide you with a return receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or issued as a store credit voucher within 7-10 business days.
